Are you a Garage/Yard Sale fanatic? Do you love to bargain shop and experience amazing finds? Then the Annual Chester Town Wide Garage/Yard Sale is for you!

Your treasure awaits you as we have over 35 families participating in the sale which takes place in private residences located throughout Chester Borough and Chester Township NJ on Saturday September 14, 2013 from 9am -3pm. Antiques, sporting goods, tools, collectibles, and furniture are just some samples of the items you will find for sale by our participants in this event. 

If raining the sale will take place on Sunday September 15, 2013. Look for balloons on homeowner’s mailboxes designating that they are part of the town wide garage sale. 

Garage Sale maps are available at Chester Borough and Chester Township Municipal Hall on Friday September 13th, or check our website for a link to our Garage Sale listing on Goggle Maps which will make locating the sales easier and more convenient. www.chestertownship.org

Stop by the Community Fair and Yard Sale at the Chester First Aid Squad

As part of this year’s town-wide garage sale on Sat Sept 14,
the Chester First Aid Squad (CFAS) will be holding a garage sale, plus
will host a CFAS Community Fair for shoppers.  Stop by the CFAS Building
at 100 North Road in Chester and browse for bargains at the CFAS table,
as well as at least six other sellers’ tables.  Then enjoy some free
popcorn and get an ambulance tour and free blood pressure screening.
 Also check out CFAS’ Fall Safety Awareness program, which includes a
bike helmet safety check and sale of bike/sled helmets, and information
on proper car seat installations.  Garage sale maps will be available at
the Chester Township Municipal Hall, Chester Borough Municipal Hall and
Chester Library on Friday 9/13, or pick up your map at the Chester First Aid Squad on Saturday morning.  We hope to see you there!
