Took the Hoover in for maintenance and they lost the attachments- gave me replacements from the "leftover" basket that didn't fit. Two years later, took Singer sewing machine in for repair, they couldn't fix and charged me $100.00 for the attempt. Burned me twice - never went back.

I would not go back at all. They over charged me the first time to fix my vacuum and this time around I asked them to call me before they did anything - they didn't and had the nerve to charge me $310 to fix a vacuum that is over 10 years old - REALLLY - I will never go back here again and I WAS a long time client
