Sweet Story Time, Gridiron Game On Tap This Weekend
Local author will read children's book Sunday afternoon to young audience.
What goes great with cupcakes? How about story time for kids!
That’s what you can find going on at the Sweet Spot Bake Shoppe in Chester on Sunday, as children’s author Kathy Lampert of Long Valley will hold a reading of her book Sophie’s New School at 4 p.m.
The reading will take place in the dessert business’s new Party Room, owner Cheryl Burger said. Children of all ages are welcomed, and the book is geared toward pre-school to first grade-aged children.
