Surprise! Presidents Day Is a Holiday Again
Regional and Chester BOE move to restore day off on Feb. 20.
With an excess of snow days in the bank and contractual obligations to fulfill, the Regional School district and the Chester Board of Education approved a motion to restore Feb. 20 as a school holiday.
The move leaves the districts with three days left to parse out over the remaining school year. Further discussion on those remaining days was tabled until the winter is over.
