A storm that could dump up to 10 inches of snow on the area has forced all local schools to close early Tuesday.
Chester School District, Mendham Township Schools, Mendham Borough Schools, and the West Morris Regional High School district have all opted to close their doors early ahead of the pending storm.
The storm is expected to last throughout the day Tuesday and not end until the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Mendham High School will dismiss students at 11:58 a.m.
All schools were closed Monday for Martin Luther King Day.
