Regional High Schools Closed Again Tuesday

Outages, impassable roads to blame for seventh day without classes.

Students and faculty from the West Morris Regional High School district will have another day to sleep in, as both high schools have been forced to close their doors for a seventh consecutive day on Tuesday, Nov. 6.

Superintendent Mackey Pendergrast confirmed just after 1 p.m. Monday that outages and impassable roads were again the reason for classes to take a back seat to safety Tuesday.

The district began the school year with four allotted inclement weather days, and now has used seven.
