Friday Morning Meditation with Sue

Every Friday morning, Sue guides attendees through a different meditation.  She uses essential oils and/or sprays as well as sound to enhance and deepen the experience.  Please be sure to let Sue know if you have any allergies to smells.  Attendees follow the meditation and can learn more about themselves as well as walk away feeling deeply relaxed, more connected to themselves and the Divine.
