At the 2012 Chester Science Fair, the judges were an integral part of the machine that made the day special to so many budding scientists.
Huddled in corners, conferencing in the cafeteria, and weaving in and out the crowds in their hard-to-miss green shirts, the judges of the Chester Science Fair moved with practiced efficiency as they examined dozens of original projects over the course of the day.
