Once again the Chester Consolidated School District will remain closed on Tuesday as power has not been restored to Dickerson, Bragg or Black River Middle School, according to superintendent Christina VanWoert.
VanWoert said they were hopeful power restoration estimates for Wednesday were accurate and students could return to class. For now, students have no choice but to continue their Sandy prompted furlough.
