Deadline Looms For Pet, Alarm Registry in Mendham

Mendham Township reminds residents that the animal license and alarm registration deadline for 2013 is Thursday.
 
How to license your pet:

2013 Licensing is taking place now through January 31, 2013 (after January 31st there is a $3.00 late fee).  Click here for the application.  Please enclose Proof of Rabies Vaccination indicating an expiration date after October 31, 2013 and a self-addressed stamped envelope.  

Make checks payable to:  “Township of Mendham” and mail to: P.O. Box 520, Brookside, NJ 07926.  Those with questions can contact Barbara Bruin, Board of Health Secretary at 973-543-4555 x 118.

How to register your alarm:

Annual Alarm Registration is required.  This registration applies to burglar, fire and panic alarm systems.  The annual fee is $35.00 (after January 31st there is a $10.00 late fee).  Make checks payable to "Township of Mendham" and mail to:  P.O.
