Chester Teen Completes Internship With Rep. Lance

Colleen Farley is a political science major at the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C.

Not only was she able to perform an internship on Capitol Hill, but was able to do it for a congressman that represents her hometown.

Colleen Farley, 19, of Chester spent a semester completing an internship with Congressman Leonard Lance, NJ-07, attending briefings and writing reports for staff, facilitating and guiding tours of the U.S. Capitol for visiting residents, assisting in research projects and drafting constituent correspondence.

Farley, a 2012 Mendham High School graduate, will be a junior at the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. this fall.
