Chester CERT Team Meetings Set This Week
Wednesday and Thursday informational sessions available for interested residents.
Informational meetings for residents interested in joining the Chester Borough and Chester Township Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) will be held Wednesday and Thursday this week.
Interested residents are invited to attend the sessions at 7 p.m. at the Chester Borough municipal complex on North Road.
A CERT instructor will be on hand to speak with residents about the requirements of the program.
The program is open to residents of both towns age 16 and older, and training will begin in mid-January.
Attendees are being asked to email oem@chestertownship.org and register for one of the sessions.
