When Officer Anthony Gardner approached the vehicle, he observed two flat screen televisions in the rear bed of the truck, consistent with the description of stolen goods from the store, Russell said.

During an investigation, Russell also found heroin and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle, Russell said. All four of the vehicles occupants were arrested. Masino, Hill III, and Borelli were lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility on $20,000 bail with a 10-percent option. Hill was released on her own recognizance.
