Police: Teen Had BB Gun, Knives & Pot
The following information was provided by the Mendham Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A 17-year-old Chester male was caught with weapons and drugs in his car, said.
Patrolman Robert Wysokowski pulled over the juvenile for speeding on Ironia Road on March 3, police said.
During the traffic stop, Wysokowski saw a BB gun in plain view on the rear floor of the seat, which prompted a search, police said.

Authorities said the driver was in possession of the BB gun, two knives, and under 50 grams of marijuana.
The juvenile was transported to the Mendham Township Police Department for processing and was released to his parents pending a juvenile charge, police said.
