Drunk Girl, 15, Sexually Assaulted at Flanders Home, Cops Say

Two teenage boys, ages 16 and 15, arrested for alleged incident last weekend.

Two teens have been accused of sexually assaulting an intoxicated 15-year-old girl at a Flanders home last Saturday night, Mount Olive Police said.

The two Flanders males, ages 16 and 15, were each charged Wednesday with first-degree aggravated sexual assault of an incapacitated victim. The 16-year-old was also charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

The Mount Olive Police Department received a call Saturday night from a parent who was concerned her daughter was drunk at a Flanders residence, police said.

When officers arrived at the home shortly before 8:30 p.m., the female was found in an upstairs bedroom in an "incoherent state," police said. The girl was transported to the hospital for alcohol impairment, police said.

The police investigation revealed the 16-year-old resident and his 15-year-old friend sexually assaulted the girl "as she was lying in a bedroom, incoherent due to the alcohol consumption," police said.
