Alleged Drug Dealer Jailed By Chester Police

Chester Township Police Detective Bureau charges 21-year-old at the conclusion of an ongoing investigation.

The Chester Township Police arrested a 21-year-old Washington Township resident on April 2 after completing a investigation into alleged drug dealing activities, Detective Bureau Commander Lt. Ed Noonan said.

According to Noonan, Julia Cho was arrested by Cpl. Anthony DaCunza and charged with drug distribution, distribution within 500 feet of a park, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics within the Township of Chester.

According to Noonan, the charges all stem around suspected oxycodone.

Cho was lodged at the Morris County Correctional Facility in lieu of $7,500 bail with no 10 percent option, Noonan said.

The Chester Township Police declined to comment on the nature and specifics of the investigation.
