Christie Champions School Expansion Projects at County College of Morris

Funding provided in part by $750 million bond act approved in 2012 by New Jersey voters.

Recently re-elected New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie spent his Tuesday morning at County College of Morris (CCM), discussing the $750 million Building Our Future Bond Act to support public colleges approved by voters in 2012.

CCM will be receiving a total of $10 million from the bond, as community colleges across the state have become recipients of $200 million of the bond’s total.

The school’s total of $10 million, which includes matching funds, will be put toward the construction of a Music Technology building and upgrades to its engineering labs, according to a press release from the school.
