Chester Twp. Supports Operation Jersey Cares With Collection

Drop-off set up at municipal building through Nov. 18.

Operation Jersey Cares motto is “Never again shall one generation forget another!”

With that, the nonprofit is looking to help its veterans and soldiers with support from Chester Township, which is currently holding a collection drive through Nov. 18.

Items being collected will be used for packages sent to soldiers all around the world to let them know America is supporting them. Donations of other much-needed items are brought to the Veterans Hospital in Lyons, New Jersey, and to the Soldiers Home in Menlo Park, New Jersey.
