Come by and see brief demonstrations on all of our Senior activities:

  • Dance – Yoga – Tai Chi – Stretch Bands – “Healthy Bones”
  • Also FREE Medicare Advice on hand!
  • Have a chance to meet all of our instructors and see everything we have to offer at the Senior Resource Center!
