On November 9 2013, The Mendham Fire Department, in cooperation with the Ladies Auxiliary of the Mendham Independent Hook & Ladder Company, will host a fundraiser at the company’s fire house, located at 24 East Main Street in the heart of the Borough. The objective of the event is to raise much needed funds to counter rising operating costs associated with running an all volunteer department.
The event, open to anyone 21 and over, is billed as ‘Casino Night,’ and will feature Casino-style games, food, drinks and the opportunity to bid and win on a variety of prizes such as sports tickets, products and other local business packages and experiences. Tickets for the event are $50 per ticket ($60 at the door), and all proceeds will go directly to Mendham Fire Department operations. The event will start at 6:00PM and end around 11:00PM (gaming will run 7:00PM - 10:00PM).
