The Knitters at Saint Bernard's is offering free knitting lessons to all who would like to learn. Lessons, patterns and yarn will be provided. All are welcome!
Meeting on the third Thursday of every month at 7:30pm, the group creates beautiful items such as shawls, hats, scarves, socks, etc. presentation for anyone in need.
The group is currently also creating items for international seafarers who visit the Port Newark Seamen's Church Institute and prayer shawls that, once blessed, are available for presentation for anyone in need or infirm.
