Breath~Body~Mind Workshop for Stress Reduction and Transformation
n this workshop Dr. Richard Brown, M.D., Integrative Psychiatrist, will teach rapidly effective breathing techniques to relieve stress and improve mood, sleep, mental focus, heart/lung function and endurance; those with anxiety, PTSD, ADD, depression and medical conditions have benefited from this training. Dr. Brown will also lead the group in Qi Gong, simple movements that enhance energy and well-being. A $20 CD will be available for at-home practice.

Richard P. Brown, MD, is an assoc. Prof. in Clinical Psychiatry, at Columbia Univ. College of Physicians and Surgeons. He teaches breath techniques, movement, and meditation to improve energy, sleep, resilience & peace of mind. Certified to teach aikido, yoga, qigong and meditation, his work--a unique fusion of ancient & modern mind-body techniques--derives from QiGong, yoga, Christian monks, Coherent Breathing, Open Focus meditation, and martial arts.
