Local fruit and vegetable farmer Dale Davis will showcase his Jersey-grown orchids and partner with Springhouse Dairy and Ventimiglia Vineyard, local New Jersey enterprises, to host a wine and cheese tasting throughout the weekend.   Event is Free to attend, and features lectures, raffles, and free refreshments.
