5K Tie Dye Dash - a color run for the arts in Chester

The Morris County Arts Workshop (MCAW) is hosting its first annual 5K “Tie Dye Dash” in support of the arts on Saturday, August 31st, 2013. This run will be like a ‘Color Run’ in which runners and walkers are pelted with paint along the race course, and become brightly colored by the end of the course. These events are popular nationwide as a way of bringing community together in a unique way to raise money for a good cause.  The Tie Dye Dash will be raising money for the non-profit MCAW which brings arts and music education and cultural programming to children, teens, adults, and senior citizens in our community. MCAW is looking for sponsors as well as runners/walkers to take part in this fun event! Visit www.mcartsworkshop.com for more information and a registration link.
