Explore Your Neighbor's House in Mendham

On April 29, Coldwell Banker invites the community to attend open houses across Mendham while learning about the local market.

The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Mendham, NJ is hosting a special Flamingo Open House event on Sunday, April 29, 2012. Dozens of homes across the Mendham community will open their doors from 1:00 p.m. – 4 p.m. The event is free and open to the general public. Homes participating will feature the iconic pink flamingos in their front yards.

“It’s officially time to celebrate spring and with the increased activity we are experiencing in the Mendham real estate market, we believe that a special open house event featuring pink flamingos is a fun and unique way to involve the community,” said Sandra Laughlin, branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Mendham.

Along with visiting the participating homes, members of the public can learn more about home buying and sales in the region and financing options available. “Each of the homes will have an experienced real estate professional on hand to answer any questions about the home buying and selling process and provide direction and resources for those interested in purchasing or selling a home,” continued Laughlin.
