Time for the Big Top: Circus to Set Up Shop in Mendham for Tuesday Shows

Kelly Miller Circus will hold two performances on June 17, sponsored by Mendham's Pastime Club.

Mendham residents need to be on the lookout for lions, tigers and bears.

Don’t fear, though, they’ll be tamed and caged, and here for your entertainment.

The Pastime Club will be sponsoring two appearances by the Kelly Miller Circus on June 17 at Mendham Borough Park. The performances will be held at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m.

The Pastime Club is a volunteer organization that has served the Mendham community for the past century, with the primary purpose to promote organized youth sports and enhance the welfare of the community.

Known as America’s One Ring Wonder, the Kelly Miller Circus will include tigers, juggling acts, zebras, llamas, goats and gravity-defying acts, just to name a few.

Pre-show tickets are now on sale at the Black Horse Pub, Kings Supermarket, Provident Bank, Robinson Drug Store, and the Wicker Basket Deli, as well at kellymillercircus.com.

Adults 12 and older are $10, kids age two to 11 are $6, and youngsters two and under are free.

Food, drinks, elephant rides, pony rides and a moon bounce will also be available for a separate charge.

One of Kelly Miller’s famed clowns will be in the area on June 2 as well, visiting the schools and letting residents know about the upcoming event.
