Lou began her journey in college when she auditioned for Wringling Brothers without even knowing how to juggle. After being chosen as one of a select few Lou left school to chase her dream. "I did go back and finish college," the performer said. "And I got my masters degree as well."

Lou is no stranger to the area, having performed at the Science Fair annually for nearly a decade, but it was a chance viewing that led to her invitation to Black River. "Someone saw me performing at a New Year's Eve event in Maplewood," Lou said. "That’s how I got this gig."

Lou has leveraged her talents into several shows, including educational programs that teach science through a unique combination of circus stagecraft and magic. The One Woman Circus, however, is a an altogether different show. "The short version is that the show is a combination of performances and skills that I have developed over the years that I want to share with the audience," Lou said.

So grab your complimentary cotton candy and popcorn, provided by Bounce Around of Chester, and enjoy the show. .
