Winter’s Toll Shuts Down Ralston Playground Indefinitely

Playground designer, township staff will set timetable on adjustments to safety issues.

The Ralston playground in Mendham Township, just like the roadways, was not immune to the 2013-14 winter’s havoc.

Because of that, the playground is currently inaccessible to residents because of safety issues. The township has temporarily closed the public play place.

Township staff members and the playground designer are looking into the matter, and a timetable for its reopening will not be known until an evaluation is completed.
