After nearly two years of bickering and consternation, the mayors of the five communities that comprise the West Morris Regional School District have called off the feasibility study and plan to work on other issues instead.

School should be one of those places where students could feel safe and secured. But in this case I can't merely understand why threat for student's life are rising at their own school. Where in fact this should be their place of learning together with other children. But this horrible thing could be avoided already. My friend told me about a smart phone app wherein you can ask help anytime at anywhere if you feel you're in trouble with just a press of a panic button.
