51 Bags of Heroin Seized in Mendham Twp. Bust

In just 24 hours, Mendham Township police arrested eight individuals and charged them with heroin-related offenses. In that sweep, some 51 bags of dope were seized as well.

Rather than going in reverse, a 17-year-old girl went forward in her sedan this month. It wouldn’t have been too big of a deal if the AT&T store in Chester wasn’t directly in front of her, resulting in her vehicle taking up the entire retail space after smashing through the wall.

The results are in: Mendham Borough is considered the best town to live in New Jersey. That, according to New Jersey Monthly magazine’s bi-annual rankings, was a big part of the area’s discussion in August. Mendham Township and both Chesters all ranked in the top-35 on the list of 514.
