Earth Day Cleanup Set in Mendham for April 26

All volunteers welcomed for three hour event near Mendham Health & Racquet Club.

While Earth Day is a wide-ranging initiative dedicated to cleaning up – and keeping clean – the landscape we’ve inherited, all efforts begin locally.

The Mendham Borough Environmental Commission is doing its part on Saturday, April 26, bringing together a group of volunteers to help clean up the area near the Mendham Health & Racquet Club with the Raritan Headwaters Association.

The clean up begins at 9 a.m. and lasts for three hours. Volunteers will receive snacks, supplies and free t-shirts. Students and scouts looking for volunteer hours are welcomed.
