Come Experience Kundalini yoga: the 'science' and 'king' of yoga.
Kundalini Yoga classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam, mantra, music and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation. Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul.
Kundalini Yoga classes are designed to build strength of will in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Class begins with a meditative warm-up emphasizing the flow of breath; followed by a specific sequence of exercises designed to bring about a specific metabolic change(Kriya). Each Kriya has a goal, be that cleansing the liver, calming the nerves, or strengthening the heart, etc. Class will finish with a resting pose, meditation or mantra meditation, and closing mantra. Every Kundalini Yoga class will help balance all the chakras and systems. Great for ANY level of yoga and ANYone; it can be adjusted to your physical condition.
