The 5th annual women's history month celebration will be held in the Morris County Administration & Records Building in the Freeholder's Public Meeting Room.

The keynote address will be given by Assemblywoman BettyLou DeCroce of the 26th district.

• Detective Patricia Abrahamsen of the Rockaway Township Police Department
