Mendham Township Revokes Man's Hunting License

Rahway man failed to disclose previous violations.

Anyone considering lying on their applications for permits in Mendham Township might want to think twice.

A 39-year-old Rahway man has been charged by the Mendham Township Detective Bureau for unsworn falsification to authorities, Mendham Township Police said.

According to police, Chester Komoroski failed to disclose a previous violation for having a loaded muzzle loader in a vehicle in 1998.

The Mendham Township hunting application requires applicants to disclose all previous fish and game violations, police said.  According to police, Komoroski’s privilege to hunt in Mendham Township was been suspended immediately and he was provided a court date for this month at the Mendham Municipal Court.

Here's a comment- mendham twp is way too populated for hunting- i was under the impression that this lunacy was confined to locals. Plenty of room in sussex county. Go there and shoot at each other.
