Your "Veteran's Day What's That?" comment
hit this 90 year old former Air Force member a little hard this morning when I put my Holiday Flag out this morning. And it was the only one out there.

Though I appreciate all those merchant gifts .... perhaps, a good start would have been for the merchants to offer a gift to those that displayed their flag this morning?

Nice deals. Any other ways Fort Lee is supporting or honoring our Veterans, ceremonial or otherwise?

I recently sold my house to a Michigan Air National Guardsmen, returning from a deployment in Afghanistan. I take pride in offering a fine new home to a veteran, but dealing with the VA over their mortgage was an absolute nightmare. They need to stramline their system, so more vets can get affordable housing, much faster.
