During the stop, Ambrosi saw a glass jar of suspected marijuana on the floor of the vehicle and a search of the car revealed drug paraphernalia.

Ambrosi determined through field testing that Ivlev was under the influence of marijuana and was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, failing to stop, reckless driving and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, police said.
