Marist is an independent comprehensive liberal arts college with an enrollment of 4,200 full-time undergraduate students. During their spring 2012 commencement ceremony, students from Mendham and Chester received degrees. They included:

Madison Kinnard of Chester, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Special Education.

Patrick McNerney of Mendham,  received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Catherine Raguseo of Mendham,  received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Maddison Schiafo of Chester, received a Master of Arts degree in Psychology.

Jamie Shannahan of Mendham, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.

Founded in 1929, the College offers 43 major fields of undergraduate study and 12 graduate degree programs. Marist is included in the Princeton Review's 2012 guide to the top colleges and universities in the U.S., The Best 376 Colleges.
